1. The Perfect Fit Guarantee

At Highly Styled Russian Prints (HSRP Couture), our priority is that your hand-crafted gown drapes flawlessly. Because our garments are individually cut and tailored to your personal sizing specifications, we provide one complimentary round of professional fitting alterations within 14 days of delivery.

2. Bespoke Order Cancellation Window

Due to the personalized nature of haute couture dressmaking:

• Within 48 Hours: Orders cancelled within 48 hours of booking and payment receive a 100% full refund, provided fabric cutting has not begun.
• After 48 Hours: Once premium silk cutting and master tailoring commence, cancellations are eligible for a 50% refund to offset material and artisan prep costs.
• Fitting Consultation Cancellations: In-person or virtual studio fitting reservations may be rescheduled or cancelled at no charge with at least 24 hours advance notice.

3. Returns & Defect Remedies

In the rare event that a garment arrives with a demonstrable textile defect, stitching error, or divergence from your approved order measurements (beyond normal industry tolerance of ±0.5 inches), we will expedite immediate atelier correction, remake the garment at zero cost to you, or provide a full refund upon return of the unworn piece with security tags intact.

4. Refund Processing Times

Approved refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 5–7 business days. Depending on your financial institution, funds may take an additional 2–4 billing days to reflect on your statement.
